What To Expect
We meet up at the Ala Moana Beach Park left side adjacent to the magic Island. Upon your arrival, we guide you through the check-in process, preparing you for a rejuvenating breathwork session. Whether you choose to recline or sit upright, we engage in deep breathing for 18-20 minutes, oxygenating our bodies in readiness for an ice plunge.
Following the breath work, we embark on a refreshing ice plunge, with a suggested duration of up to 3 minutes. While there's no pressure to adhere strictly to this timeframe, we encourage everyone to explore the full 3 minutes to reap maximum benefits. Our team assists you in safely getting in and exiting the ice bath, after which you are free to move around and warm up your body. However, we advise against immediate ocean immersion for at least 30 minutes, allowing your body to acclimate gradually.

Individuals who are pregnant or under the age of 16 are advised to abstain from plunging.
If you have high blood pressure, diabetes, or any other cardiovascular condition, it is essential to consult your medical professional before engaging in plunging activities.
If you are on medications that may adversely affect vascular circulation, please seek advice from your medical professional prior to taking the plunge.
If you are feeling feverish or experiencing cold symptoms, it is recommended to skip the plunge until you have fully recovered.
Ensure that any skin irritations or rashes are properly healed before immersing yourself in the ice.
