Prior to the guest's arrival, one of our friendly staff members will contact the guest to provide information about the driver, vehicle, and waiting area. On the day of the guest's arrival, the driver will be waiting at the Luggage Claim area with a welcoming sign. Upon the guest's arrival, the driver will greet them with "ALOHA," assist with luggage, and guide them to the vehicle. Finally, the driver will ensure that the guests are safely transferred to the hotel.
Departure
Before the guest's departure, one of our friendly staff members will contact the guest to provide details about the driver, vehicle, and confirm the departure time. On the day of the guest's departure, the driver will arrive early and wait at the hotel entrance or the designated pickup location. When the guest arrives, the driver will greet the guest with "ALOHA," invite them to board the vehicle, and ensure a safe transfer to the airport.
