Pre-booking instructions:
Please select a timeslot that is 30-45 minutes AFTER your scheduled arrival time in Honolulu, Hawai'i. After you provide your information, you will receive a booking confirmation which will contain your assigned pre-arranged pickup point which is based on the flight information provided. Guests usually print out their confirmation emails as well.
Arrival instructions:
Once you have arrived, please make sure your phone is on since our dispatchers/drivers will make contact with you. If you do not have access to your phone, please make sure to print your arrival instructions and meet us at your assigned pre-arranged pickup point to ensure a smooth departure from the airport.
